I scored an A* in PSLE Maths, A1s in both E Maths and A Maths at O-Level, and an A in H2 Maths at A-Level. I got straight A's in Maths at National Junior College, and I'm now studying Computer Science at SMU. So I know the syllabus, and I know what the exams ask of students.

I've been tutoring for a year. I explain why a formula works, not only how to use it, and I use everyday examples so it sticks. When a question looks intimidating, we break it into small steps, then practise the hard application questions until they stop being scary.

I keep lessons patient and relaxed. I'd like your child to get better grades, and also to be able to work things out without me.

I write my own notes and worksheets, and use past year papers. I also use workbooks from Popular where they help.

I want students to learn how to study on their own, not to depend on me.
